Our Cardio Boxing classes are about more than just throwing punches. They are about movement, strength, confidence and getting out of your head for 45 minutes.
Boxing is fast paced and energetic, but it is also incredibly grounding. When you are focused on your footwork, your breath and your combinations, there is no space to think about anything else. You are present. You are moving. You are doing something good for your body.
Each Boxing class at Incline is designed to build cardiovascular endurance, improve coordination and develop full body strength. We combine boxing techniques with cardio based drills to create a session that challenges you physically while still being approachable and supportive.
You will be guided through jabs, hooks, uppercuts and footwork, mixed with strength and conditioning work to keep the heart rate up and the body moving. Every class is different, so it never feels repetitive or predictable. Some days feel tough, some days feel fun, and most days feel a bit of both.
Boxing is a great option if you enjoy training that feels active and empowering. It is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are brand new to boxing or have done it before. You do not need experience. You do not need to be “fit enough”. You just need to show up.
What we love most about Boxing at Incline is the energy in the room. There is something about this style of training that brings people together. Everyone is focused, everyone is moving, and everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. There is no pressure to keep up or perform. We train the body in front of us, as it is, on the day.
Boxing is also a great complement to other training styles like Reformer Pilates and Fitness. It improves coordination, agility and endurance, while helping you build confidence in how your body moves. It is a strong option if you are looking to mix things up or add something dynamic to your routine.
As with all our classes, safety and good movement come first. Our trainers are there to guide you, adjust where needed and make sure you feel supported throughout the session. We want you to leave feeling strong, capable and energised, not overwhelmed.
