Infrared Sauna
Our infrared sauna offers a calm space to slow down, recover and take care of your body. Using gentle infrared heat, each session supports muscle recovery, circulation and relaxation while helping you unwind from busy days and training demands.
Whether you’re pairing sauna with your training or simply needing time to reset, our wellness space is designed to feel quiet, supportive and unhurried. It’s an easy way to prioritise recovery, restore balance and leave feeling refreshed, both physically and mentally.
